When the FastScan runs at boot-time, the start of the actual scan is delayed to allow other programs to load first. You can modify this delay by starting Trojan Remover and selecting Options | FastScan Delay Options. You can choose from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 minute delays, or have no delay at all.
The default delay is two minutes. Longer delays are recommended if the system takes some time to load all the startup programs.
